• 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Timothey Eads, 39, of 1010 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:02 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Alexander Reyes, 23, Ligonier, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5 p.m. Wednesday - Enrique Hernandez, 27, Elkhart, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and making a false identity statement. Bond: $7,500.
• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew John Milton, 38, unknown address, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $20,250.
• 10:37 p.m. Wednesday - Hunter Colten Schue, 27, of 5202 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 10:45 p.m. Wednesday - Haley Morgan Hostetler, 30, of 4820 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:46 p.m. Thursday - Daniel Thomas Kern, 53, of 4442 S. CR 900W, Mentone, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 10:06 p.m. July 4 - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. SUV-Pickup collision. Drivers: Carlos Velazquez-Tochimani, 20, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; Gary Nieter, 72, EMS C24C Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Nieter complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:54 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East CR 1300N and North CR 100E, Milford. Parcel delivery vehicle hit pedestrian. Driver: Miranda R. Townsend, 26, Auburn. Injury: Pedestrian Eric L. Slabaugh, 49, East Beer Road, had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: Under $1,000. KCSO.
• 5:38 p.m. Tuesday - South Packerton Road, 1,000 feet south of East CR 600S, Claypool. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Briana L. Morgan, 33, Ind. 13, North Manchester; Margaret S. Wallace, 74, West 4th Street, North Manchester. Injuries: Morgan was unconscious; Wallace had a fracture/dislocation to the entire body; a passenger in Morgan’s vehicle, Nora Morgan, 6, Ind. 13, North Manchester, complained of head pain; a passenger in Wallace’s vehicle, Nancy Reed, 83, East Ireland Drive, North Manchester, complained of chest pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.
