• 2:29 p.m. Monday - James Dale Hughes, 51, of 4330 W. Old U.S. 30, #221, Warsaw, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set.
• 1:45 p.m. Monday - Blake Anthony Berryman, 31, Jeffersonville, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:50 p.m. Monday - Brian Phillip Shepherd, 38, of 1511 Brubaker St., Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:56 a.m. Tuesday - Priscilla Danielle Bennett, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for interfering with law enforcement using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:15 a.m. Tuesday - Osman Anzola Paez, 27, Riverside, Calif., arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:14 a.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 75 feet south of Petro Drive, Warsaw. Car hit unknown animal. Driver: Rosa M. Alvarado De Castro, 61, Nancy Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:20 p.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 200 feet south of Canal Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Aaron J. Lewis, 26, South Ind. 25, Warsaw: Willie J. Roscoe, 55, Chickadee Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
