• 3:53 p.m. Monday - Robert Anthony Dilley, 27, Osceola, arrested for theft - shoplifting and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $7,250.
• 4:04 p.m. Monday - De Kota Allen Holbrook, 24, Fort Wayne arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, felony failure to appear, false informing and two charges of theft. No bond set.
• 5:28 p.m. Monday - Christopher Wane Stern, 43, of 822 Lydia Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,850.
• 9:44 a.m. Tuesday - Eric Todd Scott, 51, of 302 N. Harris St., Bourbon, arrested for deception - check and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 12:14 p.m. Tuesday - Devan Mikel Adams, 31, of 426 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of child pornography. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:11 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Ind. 14 and South Packerton Road, Claypool. Car-van collision. Drivers: Timothy Wyma, 73, Sanford, Fla.; Ashley N. Harman, 25, South CR 200W, Claypool. Injuries: Harman complained of pain in her chest and legs and was transported to the hospital; a passenger in Harman’s vehicle, Harley Harman, 3, South CR 200W, Warsaw, had an abrasion on his chest. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
