• 11:11 p.m. Monday - Kaitlynn Faith Scarberry, 23, homeless, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:11 p.m. Monday - Wyatt Craig Cunnington, 21, homeless, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:14 p.m. Monday - Tanya M. Sexton, 50, of 21 EMS W23B Lane, North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense. No bond listed.

6:32 a.m. Tuesday - West U.S. 30, 1,500 feet east of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Motorcycle went into ditch. Driver: Jacob A. Larrison, 20, Tippecanoe. Injury: Larrison had a fracture/dislocation to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:49 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West State Street and North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Michael A. Davis, 22, West 3rd Street, North Manchester; Christopher R. Bourland, 35, Saint Marys Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Bourland complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
