The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:07 a.m. Sunday – James A. Glant III, 36, of 896 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of controlled substance and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:23 p.m. Sunday – Cory M. Gallo, 39, Goshen, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 3:54 p.m. Sunday – Raudel D. Gutierrez, 56, of 1836 Rieder St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 5:38 p.m. Sunday – Katlynn L. Craft, 20, of 9611 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation, possession of a syringe and felony failure to appear. Bond: $10,500.

• 5:55 p.m. Sunday – Matthew D. Mahaska, 26, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, #1, Mentone, arrested on two misdemeanor failure to appear charges, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,898.

• 8:08 p.m. Sunday – Holly J. Haney, 42, of 310 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $866.

• 9:19 p.m. Sunday – Michael A. Whitaker, 36, of 6515 W. CR 550N, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash causing property damage, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and failure to comply. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:37 p.m. Sunday – Jordan C. Roberts, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #163, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and domestic battery. Bond: $6,700.

• 1:15 a.m. Monday – Roger D. Shreve, 60, of 10 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $400.

• 6:41 a.m. Monday – Jeremy J. Jones, 26, of 3495 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $4,000.

• 12:25 p.m. Sunday – East Old 30, 500 feet west of North CR 350E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: John R. Loer, 71, East Timberline Circle North, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6 a.m. Monday – West CR 700S, 25 feet west of South CR 450W, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Melissa R. Burns, 41, West CR 300N, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.



Incidents

• 1:34 p.m. Sunday – A woman reported a protective order had been violated in the 600 block of North Fifth Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:37 p.m. Sunday – A man reported $85 cash and debit cards were stolen in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:50 p.m. Sunday – Milford Police Department officers responded to a disabled vehicle in the 1000 block of East CR 1300N, Milford, and discovered a female passenger had two outstanding warrants for her arrest. MPD.

• 1:03 a.m. Monday – An investigation report was opened for trafficking with an inmate at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, after a cellphone, cellphone charger and a chewing tobacco can with a bag of blue capsules inside were found in the women’s restroom trash can. KCSO.

• 2:17 a.m. Monday – A suicidal person was reported in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:15 a.m. Monday – An employee of Granite Ridge Builders reported criminal mischief had taken place and damage of $1,000 was found at the construction site of a new home in the 9100 block of East Doswell Boulevard, Cromwell. KCSO.

• 8:47 a.m. Monday – A woman came to the KCSO lobby to report an invasion of privacy had taken place in the 600 block of North Walnut Street, Etna Green. KCSO.
