• 9:15 a.m. Monday - Stephen James Mallory Jr., 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:26 a.m. Monday - Sandra DeAnn Lee, 57, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $700.
• 9:29 a.m. Monday - Zachary Ryan Bendnarz-Weaver, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:43 a.m. Monday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 50, of 1046 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested on three charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:44 a.m. Monday - Adam Michael Pickering, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:57 a.m. Monday - Kenneth Wayne Preston Jr., 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $250.
• 10:45 a.m. Monday - Jeremiah Lynn Wallen, 34, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #122, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 11:57 a.m. Monday - Steven L. Kaufman, 56, of 500 S. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:51 a.m. Monday - Kristina Leigh Garman, 36, of 3663 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:02 a.m. Sunday - North CR 650E, 1,000 feet south of East CR 1120N, Syracuse. SUV left roadway, went into ditch and rolled several times. Driver: Jose O. Cervantes, 18, Ligonier. Injury: Passenger Gustavo L. Taylor, 18, East CR 1050N, Syracuse, complained of a laceration to his head and a puncture wound to his right leg. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. • 8:54 p.m. Sunday - East Jefferson Street, 40 feet east of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Car hit hydraulic lift. Driver: Erik M. Jarvis, 34, Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 5:43 a.m. Monday - North CR 800W, 1,000 feet east of West CR 640N, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Andrew J. Yoder, 26, West CR 400N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:24 p.m. Sunday - A drug overdose was reported in the 1700 block of East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
