• 4:54 p.m. Wednesday - Tabitha Marie Cartwright, 29, of 3043 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 8:51 p.m. Wednesday - Scott Eugene Walter, 46, of 597 S. Old Ind. 13, lot 13, Pierceton, arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
