• 6:12 p.m. Saturday - Ryan F. Hampton, 20, of 5097 W. CR 550N, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and being a minor in possession of alcohol. No bond set.
• 7:42 p.m. Saturday - Jackie Darrell Hurt Jr., 45, of 4271 E. CR 850S, Claypool, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 8:33 p.m. Saturday - Chris Leonard Matza, 64, of 502 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespasss and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 12:12 a.m. Sunday - Jesus Antonio Zarate, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
• 4:12 p.m. Sunday - Stephanie Lynn Cook, 32, of 1308 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:06 p.m. Sunday - Bruce Dennis Earl III, 21, of 801 Summit St., Nappanee, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:12 a.m. Monday - Nathaniel Edward Owens II, 37, of 549 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $334.50.

• 2:08 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 875W, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Marlin Fuentes, 32, Goshen; Paul A. Banks, 44, Bridgman, Mich. Injuries: Fuentes and a passenger in Fuentes’ car, Marlin Fuentes, 10, Goshen, were pronounced dead; Banks complained of an abrasion on his elbow/lower arm. Damage: $50,000-$1000,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:54 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Daniel S. Spath, 55, Huntington; Jamie L. Loftus, 35, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:51 p.m. Sunday - Merchandise was reported stolen from Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:30 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery - simple assault and criminal mischief were reported in the 300 block of West Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:57 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
• 11:43 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hash and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
