• 1:10 p.m. Thursday - Kurt Ryan Carter, 31, of 12330 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond: $428.50.
• 2:11 p.m. Thursday - Jared Austin Andrew Johnson, 24, of 70150 CR 25, New Paris, arrested for probation violation of a felony. Bond: $3,500.
• 4:31 p.m. Thursday - Brittaney Nicole Smith, 30, Peru, arrested on two counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 5:11 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Scott Saunders, 61, Nappanee, arrested on two counts for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. No bond listed.
• 9:22 a.m. Friday - Jason Lee Slush, 30, of 301 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested on a warrant for a civil matter. Bond: $4,200.
