• 7:25 p.m. Sunday - Gregory A. Underwood, 38, of 417 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 5:42 a.m. Monday - Dustin S. Croy, 39, of 13881 N. CR 400W, Milford, arrested for residential entry, criminal trespass, false informing and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 10:15 p.m. Sunday - North CR 800W, 1,500 feet south of West CR 640N, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Walter A. Barnes, 39, Ligonier. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:41 a.m. Sunday - 2801 W. Old 30, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Linda K. Smith, 68, South CR 700W, Claypool; Joseph L. Akers, 49, Rochester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• Midnight Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 12:06 p.m. Sunday - A citation was given to a person for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 800 block of South Main Street, North Webster. NWPD.
• 4:12 p.m. Sunday - A speaker and concert ticket were reported stolen in the 800 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. KCSO.
• 5:28 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:27 p.m. Sunday - Intimidation was reported in the 300 block of Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:27 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for residential entry, criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement - fleeing on foot in the 100 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
