• 7:45 p.m. Monday - Perla Gonzalez Martinez, 24, South Bend, arrested for reckless driving, neglect of a dependant/child violations, operating without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:18 a.m. Tuesday - Dustin James Staples, 31, of 3837 S. CR 925W, #57, Larwill, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:31 a.m. Tuesday - Ashley Marie Hough, 43, of 2960 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $7,500.
• 2:20 p.m. Tuesday - Roger Travus Fawley, 44, Wabash, arrested for theft. Bond: $7,500.
• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Paul Jones, 36, of 208 S. Edgewater Ave., Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - David W. Swank, 54, of 302 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. No bond listed.
• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday - Bradley Wayne Morris, 45, Crown Point, arrested on two civil matters. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday - James A. Crouse, 65, of 102 S. Main St., Sidney, arrested on bond revocation. No bond set.
• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Gary Rourke, 53, of 4389 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for possession of a firearm by a serious felon. No bond set.
• 9:35 p.m. Tuesday - James Allen Dawson II, 38, of 17277 Birch Road, Bourbon, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:47 p.m. Tuesday - Adam Ross Sherrill, 42, of 1017 Shady Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 10:08 p.m. Tuesday - Eric Wright, 26, of 11813 N. Robin Hood Road, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.
• 10:25 a.m. Wednesday - Larry Dewayne Fisher, 34, Indianapolis, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond listed.
• 11:20 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy James Hendrick, 69, of 3488 W. CR 100S, #7, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 12:33 p.m. June 4 - North Ind. 15, 500 feet south of West CR 1350N, Milford. SUV-truck collision. Drivers: Michael Troup, 57, West Van Buren Street, Leesburg; Joel Machorro De Leon, 58, Elkhart. Injuries: Troup was pronounced dead at the scene; a passenger in Troup’s vehicle, Penny Coppes, 65, North Henry Street, Milford, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,0000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:22 a.m. Tuesday - East Pierceton Road, 770 feet east of South CR 600E, Pierceton. Car hit turkey, fence, fence post and tree. Driver: Ariel L. Bellamy, 31, East Church Street, Pierceton. Injury: Bellamy complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 6:25 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 800W, Etna Green. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Richard Davis, 39, Plymouth; Kevin Summe, 31, East Park Avenue, Bourbon. Injury: Summe complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 8:59 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 1150W, Mentone. Two-truck collision. Drivers: Caleb T. Tiller, 23, Alpha Street, Warsaw; Ricardo Gonzalez, 49, Katy, Texas. Injury: Gonzalez complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
