• 9:06 a.m. Tuesday - Daniel Adam Joseph Zeringue Jr., 40, of 211 S. Higbee St., #18, Milford, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $7,500.

• 4:49 a.m. Friday - North Zimmer Road, 50 feet north of Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. SUV hit fence and landscaping. Driver: Jeremiah J. Mcaninch, 23, Monticello. Injuries: Mcaninch had minor bleeding to the face; passenger Colby A. Dugan, 22, West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:05 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Fredrick L. Bailey, 47, Madison, Wis.; Roy D. Case, 71, West Hummingbird Drive, Mentone. Injury: Passenger in Bailey’s vehicle, Victoria Robertson, 45, Madison, Wis., complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
