• 11:25 a.m. Monday – Sierra E. Bolin, 27, Wabash, arrested for battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 12:11 p.m. Monday – Amanda Benegas, 25, of 611 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 1:40 p.m. Monday – Thomas M. Vansandt, 34, South Bend, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:53 p.m. Monday – Charles D. Shepherd Sr., 49, of 8275 E. Ryerson Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear- misdemeanor. Bond: $115.50.

•  5:30 p.m. Monday – Jacob D. Musselwhite, 26, of 617 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 9:44 p.m. Monday – Jeremy M. Steele, 32, of 8198 E. McClintic Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear on a felony. No bond set.

• 10:50 p.m. Monday - Justin D. Birchfield, 28, of 1386 E. Dove Lane, Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:41 a.m. Tuesday – Javier H. Temozihui, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #114, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 2:13 a.m. Tuesday – David A. Blake, 52, of 3774 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:01 a.m. Tuesday – Zachary A. Sebastian, 38, of 8941 E. Nordman Drive, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation on a felony. No bond set.

• 10:46 a.m. Tuesday – Richard L. Riffle, 38, of 205 Kelly St., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: 700.

• 12:04 p.m. Tuesday – Sara N. Stidams, 39, of 407 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear on a felony and for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:42 a.m. Monday – 2710 E. CR 800S, Claypool. Truck overturned. Driver: Dennis D. Watson, 55, Marion. Injuries: Watson was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for shoulder pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated

• 5:37 p.m. Monday – Intersection of North Higbee Street and West Syracuse Street, Milford. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Christian C. Tucker, 24, West CR 1250 North, Milford; Steven G. Hulse, 57, CR 52, Nappanee. Injuries: Passenger in Hulse’s pickup, Jose E. Perdomo, 32, North Ind. 29, Etna Green, complained of neck pain and was treated on scene by EMS. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 3:30 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Jeniffer J. Parra, 25, North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw; Merl E. Wise, 66, North Main Street, Nappanee. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:21 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Argonne Road and East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Josie B. Leininger, 17, East Old 30, Warsaw; Brian D. Peterson, 49, Liberty Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 11:49 p.m. Monday – Jalynn Street, 75 feet south of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Zoie I,. Lamar, 24, 18B Road, Tippecanoe; Antonio S. Perez, West Shore Drive, Bremen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:32 a.m. Monday – Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at Grace Brethren Church, in the 100 block of West School Street, Leesburg, and found a window had been forced open. KCSO.

• 9:47 a.m. Monday – A woman came to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office to report an invasion of privacy. KCSO.

• 2:38 p.m. Monday – A report of possible fraud was taken in the 9600 block of North Circle Drive West, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 1:56 a.m. Tuesday – An individual was arrested in the 200 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine. WPD.
