• 4:52 p.m. Monday - Jeri Lynn Risberg, 34, Burnham, Ill., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 6:30 p.m. Monday - Teddie Carreras, 55, of 216 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:55 p.m. Monday - Richard Allen Vanlue, 43, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for violation of a conditional license. Bond: $450.
• 11:56 p.m. Monday - Kelley Lynn Miller, 46, of 505 N. Parkway Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:20 a.m. Tuesday - Matthew Steven Murphy, 49, of 10652 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:22 a.m. Tuesday - Andi M. Sheets, 49, Elkhart, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:03 a.m. Tuesday - Jason Robert Halfacre, 50, of 204 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $12,500.
• 8:32 a.m. Tuesday - Ernesto Constanza, 40, of 714 W. Center St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:41 a.m. Tuesday - Kyle Lee Hobbs, 37, Wabash, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Property Damage
Accident
• 3:58 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 1300N, 300 feet east of North CR 300E, Syracuse. SUV hit deer. Driver: Katina A. Deaton, 51, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Incidents
• 2:49 p.m. Monday - A debit card and personal/business documents were reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:56 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:39 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw.
• 10:26 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for violation of a conditional license in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:47 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of North Morgan Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
