• 2:48 a.m. Sunday - Bradley Martin Wine, 41, of 43 EMS W17C Lane, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:12 p.m. Sunday - Jamen E. Weddle, 33, Bourbon, Mo., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $15,000.
• 2:48 p.m. Sunday - Paul Jay Comer Jr., 34, of 227 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:54 p.m. Sunday - Loren Peter Wynsma, 46, Grand Rapids, Mich., arrested for felony theft. Bond: $11,000.
• 11:56 p.m. Sunday - Marry Ann Meadows, 27, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:56 p.m. Sunday - Thomas Dewey Calhoun, 41, St. Paul, Minn., arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, obstruction of justice and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:20 a.m. Monday - James A. Crouse, 65, of 102 S. Main St., #2, Sidney, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:50 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East Old U.S. 30, Pierceton. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Meredith A. Zay, 23, Huntington; Julia A. Grossman, 33, East Williams Street, Milford; Shannon K. Cox, 55, EMS D25 Lane, Syracuse. Injury: Zay complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000.
