• 1:27 p.m. Tuesday - Richard G. Larrison, 47, of 151 Metzler Ave., Nappanee, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $20,500.
• 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - Tryston E. Spaulding, 18, of 206 E. Lynwood Drive, #1, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:01 p.m. Tuesday - Mariah L. Konkle, 29, of 1823 N. Vicky Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Bond: $10,500.
• 8:45 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffrey D. Konkle, 48, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:09 p.m. Tuesday - Travis J. Hubler, 23, of 4291 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. No bond listed.
• 9:33 p.m. Tuesday - Rick L. Kensinger, 40, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for three felony failure to appear charges, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe, resisting law enforcement by fleeing on foot and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

Appel, 20, Edgerton, Ohio; Norma L. Drudge, 61, South First Street, North Manchester. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:29 p.m. Tuesday - South CR 225S, 100 feet east of Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Car hit unoccupied pickup registered to James A. Hodges, Huntington. Driver: Delaney S. Byron, 16, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:22 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of North Maple Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:11 p.m. Tuesday - An animal bite was reported in the 1000 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:32 p.m. Tuesday - A juvenile was reported as leaving home without permission in the 300 block of Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 300 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw, for possession of marijuana. WPD.
