• 12:45 p.m. Tuesday - Dulce I. Lara, 32, of 1776 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $75,00.
• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday - Elizabeth Carol Blair, 44, of 8822 S. CR 600W, Claypool, arrested for felony battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $12,500.
• 2:02 p.m. Tuesday - Patricia Ann Pizarro, 58, of 7370 W. Ben Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $7,500.
• 5:54 p.m. Tuesday - Antoine Tony Phillips, 64, of 1704 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday - Brenden Alexander Smith, 24, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #32, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 9:08 a.m. Wednesday - Linda Lou Leeper, 61, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:31 p.m. Wednesday - Trevor Austin Douglas Grady, 24, Hudson, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:38 p.m. Wednesday - Skye Elizabeth Gibson, 38, LaGrange, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:59 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Market and South Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kathleen S. Marburger, 61, Taurus Drive, South Whitley; Machelle L. Landolt, 65, East Wooster Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 8 p.m. Monday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Truck-car collision. Drivers: Tyler Vanerhoff, 37, Plainwell, Mich.; Manuel Ramirez, 35, Logan Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2900 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 12:38 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:35 p.m. Tuesday - An animal bite was reported in the 500 block of West Huntington Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 2:57 p.m. Tuesday - Intimidation was reported in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:59 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
