The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday - Timothy Christopher Bondy, 24, of 885 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:53 a.m. Thursday - Steve Allen Friend, 53, Goshen, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 3:54 p.m. Thursday - Terry Joseph Marsillett, 42, of 219 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500.

• 4 p.m. Thursday - Danielle Rene Nulf, 32, of 219 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 7:17 p.m. Thursday - John Thomas Merkler, 56, of 2213 Bluewater Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 11:17 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Lyon Street and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car swerved to avoid another car, hit the right curb, a fire hydrant, a railroad sign and a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Travis S. Niccum, 26, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Niccum had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:11 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 750E and East CR 500N, North Webster. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Travis A. Fugate, 20, South CR 500E, Pierceton; Dolores A. Melendez, 70, North Ashe Court, Milford. Injuries: Melendez reported head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 11:57 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday - A nonimmunized dog was reported in the 1400 block of South Oak Street, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:15 p.m. Thursday - A drug overdose was reported in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:02 p.m. Thursday - Merchandise was reported stolen from Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:21 p.m. Thursday - Intimidation was reported in the 100 block of North Hickory Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:35 a.m. Friday - Misdemeanor battery and possession of paraphernalia were reported in the 3200 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.
