• 7:50 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Dee Prater, 39, of 8492 W. CR 900S, Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 8:02 p.m. Tuesday - Rosa Marie Rosas, 33, of 416 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 9:25 p.m. Tuesday - Gavyn James Ness, 18, of 2220 E. Blossom Lane, Warsaw, arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol. Bond: $500.
• 1:09 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph J. Davis, 58, of 160 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:24 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 800W, Warsaw. Two-truck collision. Drivers: Duwayne L. Miller, 61, West Main Street, Nappanee; Marcus A. Johnson, 28, Glenwood, Ill. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 1,000 feet east of South CR 900E, Pierceton. Car left roadway. Driver: Magenta R. Burger, 23, Eugene, Ore. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:12 p.m. Tuesday - A wallet was reported lost in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:30 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 4900 block of West CR 700S, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.
• 7:43 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:24 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. KCSO.
