• 8:41 a.m. Tuesday - Ashley M. Cummins, 31, of 2507 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:28 a.m. Tuesday - Ryan S. McDonald, 31, of 212 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 10:40 a.m. Tuesday - Tara L. Purvis, 35, homeless, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.

• 4:02 p.m. Tuesday - Billy F. Rose Jr., 42, Mansfield, Ohio, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 7:32 p.m. Tuesday - Billy Jo Gage, 38, of 412 W. North St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a personal injury crash and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 11:08 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon A. Flowers, 45, of 211 E. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,100.

• 2:06 a.m. Wednesday - Wesley C. Johnson, 32, of 14 EMS C18 Lane, North Webster, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

Accident

• 5:35 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Billy J. Gage, 38, West North Street, Bourbon; Fortee Williams, 23, Chicago. Injury: Williams was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for complaint of head pain. Gage was arrested shortly after the crash in a nearby wooded area for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of the crash. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:40 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and West Palestine First Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Rodney E. Hudson, 53, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:14 p.m. Tuesday - 590 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Judith A. Griffis, 62, East Ind. 114, Akron; Natalya L. Moore, 18, East CR 400N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:43 p.m. Tuesday - 105 Ninth St., Winona Lake. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Ashley M. Vandenboom, 20, Markle; Ty A. Ploss, 19, Star City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:15 p.m. Tuesday - South First Street, 40 feet north of West Walnut Street, Pierceton. Pickup hit unoccupied pickup registered to Michael R. Himes, South First Street, Pierceton. Driver: Rodney L. Shepherd, 41, East Ryerson Road, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:35 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash. WPD.

• 7:44 p.m. Tuesday - A drug overdose was reported in the 500 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:47 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was issued in the 5900 block of East Old 30, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 10:18 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 1300 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, on a warrant and for possession of marijuana. KCSO.

• 12:07 a.m. Wednesday - A driver was cited in the 900 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
