• 3:48 p.m. Monday - Daven P. Gasaway, 24, of 5774 N. Second St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash. Bond: $500.
• 4:40 p.m. Monday - Bryan D. Trager, 57, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:10 p.m. Monday - Brain W. Weiss, 55, Rochester, arrested for violation of driving conditions. Bond: $450.
• 12:40 a.m. Tuesday - Edward E. Smith Jr., 44, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #65, Pierceton, arrested for theft, resisting law enforcement, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felony, felony failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,750.

• 7:22 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Zaquwon Z. Appleton, 22, Milwaukee, Wis.; David M. Vandyke, 40, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Rogelio Gonzalez, 37, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 8:57 a.m. Monday - An urn necklace was reported found in the 100 block of North Bronson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:22 p.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
• 1:27 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton, for possession of methamphetamine. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
