• 9:35 a.m. Thursday - Kari Lynn Hicks, 46, of 115 S. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:30 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Paige Watmough, 54, of 20 EMS B40E Lane, Leesburg, arrested for leaving the scene of an injury crash. Bond: $500.
• 4:50 p.m. Thursday - Angela Marie Thorn, 35, of 8708 E. Walnut Drive, #A, Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of an injury crash. Bond: $500.
• 4:54 p.m. Thursday - Michael David Bollenbacher, 38, Bremen, arrested for child molestation. No bond listed.
• 8:33 p.m. Thursday - Harley Nathaniel Beechy, 31, Millersburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:23 a.m. Friday - Philip Gregory Meade, 73, of 4055 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:14 a.m. Friday - Zackery W. Swope, 39, of 1405 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and criminal trespass. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:49 p.m. Friday - Stacy L. Slusher, 58, of 202 S. 3rd St., Pierceton, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:53 p.m. Friday - Janie Diaz, 25, of 309 N. East St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Accident
• 3:34 p.m. Monday - South Lake Street, 343 feet north of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Dakota J. Clark, 22, South Lake Street, Warsaw; Johnathan D. Engle, 26, South CR 250E, Winona Lake. Injury: Clark had an abrasion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:10 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 300W, 0.51 miles north of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Car hit reflective marker sign on a guardrail, began driving on the guardrail then fell into creek and came to rest on its roof. Driver: Derek T. Anderson, 35, South Bend. Injury: Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:37 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Fort Wayne and North Washington streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Nina M. Wallace, 41, North Columbia Street, Warsaw; Jennifer J. Tobias, 52, Springdale, Ariz. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 7:11 p.m. Tuesday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
