The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:03 a.m. Sunday - Brandon John Bullington, 28, of 7684 W. Hoffman Lane Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:50 p.m. Sunday - Brian Lee Neher, 49, of 1104 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
Incidents
• 6:50 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 9900 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 8:19 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:08 p.m. Sunday - Felony battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 13400 block of North Hillside Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 11:42 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 700 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
