• 3:21 p.m. Thursday – South Harrison Street, north of East Market Street, Warsaw. Driver turned into an alley and struck a utility pole. Driver: Dusty R. Puterbaugh, 27, South CR 100W, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:14 a.m. Friday – North Ind. 19, north of Hepton Road, Nappanee. Car left the road, hit a pole. Driver fled. Car registered to James L. Hare, North Manchester. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:55 p.m. Thursday – North Detroit Street, north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle accident. Drivers: Jayme R. Parker, 35, West CR 950S, Silver Lake; Mark Schindel, 41, Patterson Road, Warsaw; James A. Stroup, 76, South CR 400E, Pierceton. Injuries: Parker complained of pain to the chest. Schindel complained of pain all over his body. Both declined medical attention. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
