• 4:54 p.m. Tuesday - Harry S. Sturgeon Jr., 55, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $5,400.

• 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 60 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Donald W. Smith, 60, East Main Street, Atwood; Lindsay C. Krieg, 23, North Main Street, Sidney. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:08 p.m. Tuesday - A report was made in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, for a person failing to comply with registering as a sex offender. Kosciusko County Sherif’s Office investigated.
• 8:30 a.m. Wednesday - A natural death was reported in the 300 block of South Main Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
