• 1:21 a.m. Sunday - Ramiro Remigio Arias, 22, Goshen, arrested for reckless driving and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:34 a.m. Sunday - Delano Touriq Shumpert, 22, of 904 N. Washington St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:48 a.m. Sunday - Brandon Devante Smith, 24, of 506 S. Manor Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:53 p.m. Sunday - Terry L. Williamson, 68, Chicago, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $15,000.
• 10:45 a.m. Monday - Bryan Lee Howard, 52, of 1246 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
Incidents
• 4:10 a.m. Sunday - A drug overdose was reported in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:55 p.m. Sunday - Alcohol was reported stolen in the 800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:17 p.m. Sunday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
