The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:10 p.m. Tuesday - Cheyenne Kole Rio, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - Weston Eugene Bradley, 38, of 102 North St., Sidney, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - Mary Ann Cuba, 49, of 600 N. Colfax St., #238, Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.
• 12:48 p.m. Tuesday - Kevin Rodriguez-Duran, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #49, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 2:53 p.m. Tuesday - Marcus Brent LeMaster, 54, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #60, Warsaw, arrested for two charges of possession of methamphetamine and two charges of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000.
• 1:22 a.m. Wednesday - James Michael Long, 21, of 506 Frazier St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:27 a.m. Wednesday - Kira Renee Albany, 18, of 506 Frazier St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:34 p.m. Wednesday - Damien Wayde Petersen, 35, of 506 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:22 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Phillip Northrup, 31, of 10511 W. CR 200N, Cromwell, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

Accident
• 12:02 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South CR 400E and East CR 800S, Claypool. Truck tractor and trailer overturned. Driver: James L. Sturgill, 40, North CR 950E, North Webster. Injury: Sturgill complained of pain to his left arm. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Incidents
• 7:15 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:04 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1200 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
