• 12:49 a.m. Friday - Jeremy R. Shambaugh, 40, of 6802 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Collier, 72, East CR 600S, Warsaw. Injury: Collier complained of a shoulder injury; a passenger in Lewis Collier’s vehicle, Teresa R. Collier, 72, East CR 600, Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:47 p.m. Thursday - North Huntington Street, 20 feet south of East Pearl Street, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Z. Ratliff, 24, Albion; Donny D. Warren, 51, East Effie Mae Street, North Webster; Scott A. Werner, 54, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Injury: Warren complained of head and neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 3:24 p.m. Thursday - South Huntington Street, 15 feet west of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. SUV-pedestrian collision. Driver: Ronda L. Coburn, 57, North Ind. 13, Syracuse. Injury: Pedestrian Alexia Archer, 14, West Section Street, Milford, had an abrasion to the face and was transported to the hospital. Damage: Under $750. SPD.
