• 4:33 p.m. Thursday - Billy Joe Truex, 35, of 322 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $3,750.
• 6:49 p.m. Thursday - Tristen Ann Barr, 22, of 1202 Wooster Road, #26, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 7:59 p.m. Thursday - Tyler David Syndram, 26, of 779 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $2,750.
• 4:59 a.m. Friday - Cassandra Sue Schnitz, 32, of 12998 W. CR 100S, Akron, arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 1 p.m. Friday - Nancy Jaramillo Bueno, 43, of 12013 N. Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

Sanders, 42, North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Injuries: Sellers complained of head pain; passengers in Sellers’ vehicle, Rita K. Sellers, 44, South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake; and Xander Sellers, 2, South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake; both complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
