• 6:53 p.m. Wednesday - Marinel Lynn Gilliam, 26, of 1411 Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:11 p.m. Wednesday - Karissa Lynn Hubbard, 39, Wabash, arrested on a foreign warrant. Bond not listed.
• 6:30 a.m. Thursday - Philip K. Kellogg, 58, of 6516 E. South Barbee Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 8:40 a.m. Thursday - Nicholas Austin Coslet, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 11:58 a.m. Thursday - John J. Norris, 50, Kokomo, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 12:13 p.m. Thursday - Zachary Alan Naish, 29, of 7889 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:44 a.m. Thursday - South Ind. 15, 5,000 feet south of South CR 300W, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Kameron S. Miller, 23, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:40 p.m. Wednesday - A TV, DVD player, cell phone and tablet were reported stolen in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:48 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and trafficking with an inmate in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:58 p.m. Thursday - A foreign warrant was served in the 3600 block of East CR 1300N, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 7:06 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
