Stanley St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set. • 8:26 p.m. Friday – Nanci Ann Hanna, 45, of 1203 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,250. • 11:55 a.m. Friday – Eric Todd Stewart, 39, of 2097 S. Maple Run, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $911. • 12:40 p.m. Friday – Roosevelt Jackson, 47, Michigan City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. • 1:08 p.m. Friday – Elder Obed Garcia, 25, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Lot 75, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $350. • 1:59 p.m. Friday – Cedric Coffie, 46, of 124 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400. • 2:28 p.m. Friday – Ryan Lee Deavers, 25, of 5144 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear and driving with a suspended license. Bond: $450. • 2:30 p.m. Friday – Samantha Danielle Bocko, 18, Tippecanoe, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000. • 3:05 p.m. Friday – Kristopher Wyatt Leasure, 27, of 1405 Rozella Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. • 3:29 p.m. Friday – John Thomas Alford, 52, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for counterfeiting certification of registration. Bond: $450. • 4:21 p.m. Friday – John Verner Rogers Jr., 28, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for check fraud, check deception and failure to appear. Bond: $9,768.50.
Personal Injury Accident • 11:19 a.m. Friday – Intersection of West CR 300N and Shelden Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gay A. Shenefield Mullins, 51, Muncie; Shirlee A. Hauth, 59, Fairlane Drive, Warsaw; Jane E. Hicks, 69, West Old Trail Road, Larwill. Injuries: Hicks complained of neck pain. Angela E. Hough, 56, EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, a passenger of Hauth, complained of neck pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
