• 11:12 a.m. Thursday - David D. Mullins, 40, Goshen, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
• 1:55 p.m. Thursday - Cassi Marie Bause, 35, of 647 Stag Drive, Warsaw, arrested on bond revocation. No bond set.
• 3:32 p.m. Thursday - Sarah Catherine Stout, 32, Wakarusa, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday - Emily Leanne Wynn, 28, Decatur, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:36 p.m. Thursday - Kerry Lee Morton, 54, 5099 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a serious felon, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement and manufacturing/dealing meth equal or greater than 10 grams. Bond: $25,250.
• 7:52 p.m. Thursday - Shanda Marie Miller, 31, of 129 N. Etna St., #49, Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 9:47 p.m. Thursday - Ashton Martin Stookey, 21, of 5203 N. Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 9:50 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Delbert Doty, 37, of 9671 W. CR 300N, Etna Green, arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 10:50 p.m. Thursday - Amy Jo Mullins, 36, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 11:22 p.m. Thursday - Dustin James Rottger, 25, of 10018 N. CR 400E, Syracuse, arrested for a failure to appear - infraction. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:56 a.m. Friday - Daniel Kay Smith, 53, homeless, arrested for public intoxication by drugs and railroad yard right-of-way violation. Bond: $450.
• 10:14 a.m. Friday - Roman Alvaro Torres, 43, of 9837 E. Rock-A-Bye Road, Cromwell, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:57 a.m. Friday - Andrew Henry Rigelman, 31, of 5818 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:07 p.m. Friday - Michael Alan Noble, 41, Osceola, arrested for bond revocation. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:41 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by drugs and a railroad right-of-way violation in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:55 a.m. Friday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
