The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:12 p.m. Wednesday - Amanda Kay Brickey, 39, Ligonier, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:06 p.m. Wednesday - Tomas Alonzo, 58, of 1202 Wooster Road, #40, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:55 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Ray Warren, 34, New Paris, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 12:47 a.m. Thursday - Casey Dwen Ferguson Jr., 28, of 602 W. Section St., #214, Milford, arrested for domestic battery with a prior unrelated conviction for battery; intimidation; resisting law enforcement and domestic battery with moderate bodily injury to a known pregnant woman. No bond set.

• 12:03 p.m. Wednesday - North Syracuse-Webster Road, 1,000 feet north of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Pickup went into ditch and hit mailbox. Driver: Cody A. Manges, 34, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: $2,5000-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:31 p.m. Wednesday - South Country Club Road, 5,000 feet north of East CR 550S, Warsaw. Car went into ditch. Driver: Micah D. Burns, 17, East High Circle Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.



Incidents

• 4:03 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was conducted for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:30 p.m. Wednesday - Merchandise was reported stolen from Shoe Sensation in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:41 a.m. Thursday - Domestic battery was reported in the 100 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
