• 4 a.m. Sunday - Merle Borkholder, 18, Bremen, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol and providing alcohol to a minor. No bond set.
• 1:16 p.m. Sunday - Angela C. Mucker, 46, Logansport, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. No bond set.
• 2:47 p.m. Sunday - Tyson James Montague, 31, of 208 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:51 p.m. Sunday - Angil Marie Mansfield, 40, of 324 Lakeland Drive, #D, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 2:15 a.m. Monday - Summer Breeze Fisher, 31, Goshen, arrested for a felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:29 a.m. Monday - Raven Ski Jackson, 18, of 6663 W. CR 500S, #1, Mentone, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 11:18 a.m. Monday - Samantha Joann Guess, 35, homeless, arrested on two charges of possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,500.

Injuries: Smith complained of head pain; Jaimes complained of bruising/contusion to the entire body; passengers in Smith’s vehicle Ashley D. Smith, 38, Twelve Mile, complained of pain to the entire body; Coltyn Smith, 10, Twelve Mile, complained of pain to the abdomen/pelvis; Qynley Smith, 6, Twelve Mile, complained of pain to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:13 p.m. Sunday - West CR 1250N, 50 feet west of Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Car hit utility pole and power box. Driver: Sarah C. Stout, 31, M Dee Acres, Nappanee. Injury: Stout complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
