• 12:31 p.m. Wednesday - Alexander W. Miller, 25, Goshen, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.
• 1:45 p.m. Wednesday - Benjamin L. Guzman, 27, of 202 E. Walnut St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 2:09 p.m. Wednesday - Erika J. Nichols, 34, of 2507 Oriole Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $2,500.
• 4:29 p.m. Wednesday - Jerald J. Womack, 57, of 601 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $750.
• 5:24 p.m. Wednesday - Ricky A. Duchaine Jr., 41, of 347 N. Jefferson St., Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:24 p.m. Wednesday - Adam C. Martin, 37, Columbia City, arrested for public indecency. Bond: $500.
• 8:42 p.m. Wednesday - Dyrell A. Kreis, 39, of 3211 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 8:44 p.m. Wednesday - Michael R. Nelson, 33, homeless, arrested for resisting law enforcement and felony parole violation. Bond: $750.
• 10:48 p.m. Wednesday - Jonathon B. Craft, 21, of 107 N. Acorn St., Apt. A, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 5:13 a.m. Thursday - Brian L. Dierks, 45, of 106 E. Arthur St., Sidney, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
