• 12:08 a.m. Tuesday - Austin J. Smith, 25, of 6436 S. Beaver Dam Road, Claypool, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:22 a.m. Tuesday - Matthew A. Case, 34, of 3529 W. CR 100S, #26, Warsaw, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:01 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy L. Miller, 38, of 5371 N. CR 500W, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 10:01 p.m. Tuesday - Scott L. Prater, 53, of 506 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 1:21 a.m. Wednesday - Lane E. Collier, 20, of 8527 S. CR 400E, Claypool, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction, a minor in possession of alcohol and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:42 a.m. Wednesday - Angela T. Seeley, 48, of 502 Chinworth Court, Apt. B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. Bond: $700.
• 2:30 a.m. Wednesday - Michael E. Spink, 49, Elkhart, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:04 a.m. Wednesday - Jesus Silvester, 51, of 2441 W. CR 250N, #69, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.

• 12:19 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 1,500 feet north of West CR 300S, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville. Driver: Danthony J. Hill, 19, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. CPD.
• 6:06 p.m. Tuesday - East CR 200N, 640 feet west of North Boeing Road, Warsaw. Car slid into ditch. Driver: Yazmin Xique, 21, Berea, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Incidents
• 7:01 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, resulted in the driver being ticketed for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
• 11:49 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 1300 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. WPD.
