The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:43 p.m. Friday - John T. Alford, 56, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:57 p.m. Friday - Walter L. Morris, 55, of 407 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:09 p.m. Friday - David A. Hein III, 20, of 1133 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 9:33 p.m. Friday - Randy Walgamuth, 59, of 623 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and public intoxication. Bond: $1,000.
• 9:35 p.m. Friday - Barry D. Mosher, 54, Columbia City, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
Incidents
• 11:29 a.m. Saturday - Domestic battery simple assault was reported in the 5100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:52 p.m. Saturday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1500 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:42 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and criminal trespass. WPD.
