West Ind. 14, Akron. Injuries:
Anthony Collins complained of
pain to his entire body and was
taken by ambulance to
Kosciusko Community Hospital;
a passenger in Anthony Collins’
car, Austin J. Colins, 23, West
Decoy Road, Mentone, had a
severe head injury and was
taken by Samaritan to Parkview
Hospital in Fort Wayne; another
passenger in Anthony Collins’
car, Rita M. Collins, 56, West
Decoy Road, Mentone, complained
of pain to her entire
body and was taken by ambulance
to KCH Damage: $25,000-

received a call about an intoxicated

• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday – A man
told police someone tried to
enter his residence in the 800
block of East Main Street,
Warsaw, and damaged the front
door lock and handle. Value:

• 7:49 p.m. Wednesday – An
individual was arrested after a
drug overdose in the 800 block
of North Parker Street, Warsaw,
for possession of a controlled
substance, possession of paraphernalia
and operating a vehicle
