• 3:40 p.m. Tuesday – Tricia M. Chupp, 39, Columbia City, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:41 p.m. Tuesday – Ricky L. Jackson Jr., 29, South Bend, arrested for racketeering. Bond: $6,000.

• 4:31 p.m. Tuesday – Michael E. Cotter, 48, Elkhart, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,750.

• 5:10 p.m. Tuesday – Angel N. Shepherd, 32, Bloomington, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:25 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan J. Prater, 32, of 653 Heritage Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

• 8:42 p.m. Tuesday – Valarie D. Turner, 38, Garrett, arrested on two misdemeanor probation violation charges. No bond set.

• 8:57 p.m. Tuesday – Jaylin S. Dunn, 25, of 923 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for embezzlement. Bond: $4,000.

• 12:41 a.m. Wednesday – Jack P. Florea, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 6:52 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North CR 100E and East Wellington Drive, Warsaw. SUV-motorcycle collision. Drivers: Leah M. Spencer, 32, Sophie Lane, Warsaw; Alex Sanchez-Cacahua, 17, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:58 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East Old 30, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Alona D. Kitchens, 26, East 12th Street, Winona Lake; Julie A. Littlejohn, 49, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 10:18 a.m. Tuesday – Officers accompanied Indiana Department of Child Services in the 100 block of EMS West 29 Lane, North Webster, for a welfare check of several children. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 1:14 p.m. Tuesday – A criminal mischief report was filed in the 300 block of West Chicago Street, Syracuse, after damage to a structure was reported at Wawasee High School. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
