• 1:23 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas A. Schult, 25, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:40 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West Ind. 25 and South Ind. 19, Mentone. Semi-pickup collision. Drivers: Paul K. Reddick, 45, Flint, Mich.; Tori E. Simpson, 32, West Washington Street, Mentone. Injuries: Simpson was treated by medics on scene for bruising to her lower leg. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Mentone Police Department investigated.

• 5:21 a.m. Thursday - East Old 30, 2,800 feet east of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Brooke D. Flora, 23, East Pearl Street, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 11:54 a.m. Wednesday - A gun was reported found in the 100 block of Petro Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:30 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
