• 2:54 p.m. Monday - Seth L. Morris, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 3 p.m. Monday - Montonyo J. Simmons, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 5:30 p.m. Monday - Justin D. Birchfield, 30, of 1386 E. Dove Lane, Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond; $5,250.
• 6:02 p.m. Monday - Patience L. Bradshaw, 33, of 601 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 11:31 p.m. Monday - Elaina R. Howard, 41, of 791 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.
• 4:23 a.m. Tuesday - Anthony W. Pollard Jr., 54, of 9567 E. Adams Road, Pierceton, arrested for strangulation and two misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $10,750.

• 12:26 a.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 14, 1,300 feet east of South CR 1000W, Akron. Pickup left road and struck utility pole owned by Kosciusko REMC. Driver: Zachary A. Evans, 27, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Evans was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, for further evaluation. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:07 p.m. Monday - An employee of Villas of Wawasee in the 200 block of East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, reported a burglary. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 1:20 p.m. Monday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:40 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.
• 7:39 p.m. Monday - A man reported his firearm was stolen in the 11200 block of West CR 500S, Mentone. KCSO.
• 12:45 a.m. Tuesday - Battery and residential entry were reported in the 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:39 a.m. Tuesday - A person affiliated with the Madison School PTO reported theft where the value of property was at least $50,000 in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
