• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday - Amanda K. Pavel, 25, of 409 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested on a warrant, felony failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, false informing and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:46 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan L. Bussard, 44, of 409 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:02 p.m. Tuesday - Kenneth L. Phillips, 31, Kokomo, arrested for felony failure to appear and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,750.
• 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Deborah K. McMahan, 60, of 9783 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $15,250.
• 7:11 p.m. Tuesday - Richard C. Hernandez, 48, of 508 N. Parkway Drive, Apt. B, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - East Winona Avenue, 500 feet east or North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Jerry D. Phillips, 51, South CR 300E, Warsaw; Gabrielle S. Lee, 21, Biscayne Lane, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
