• 4:22 a.m. Sunday - James J. Dillon Jr., 22, Elkhart, arrested for resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended with a prior suspension and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $750.
• 5:32 a.m. Sunday - Juan D. Castillo, 21, of 4661 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:39 p.m. Sunday - Angela C. Rogers, 36, Rochester, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 1:39 p.m. Sunday - Robert C. Bentley, 40, of 414 E. Walnut St., Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:01 p.m. Sunday - 3845 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Loraine L. Engelberth, 89, Camelot Drive, Winona Lake; Cheryl A. Ryman, 75, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:51 p.m. Sunday - Armstrong Road, 200 feet east of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Car left roadway. Driver: Damion J. Villa, 28, West CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
Incidents
• 2:12 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and a minor in possession of alcohol. WPD.
• 3:04 a.m. Sunday - Domestic battery was reported in the 2400 block of East CR 250S, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
