Bond: $6,000. • 10:12 a.m. Friday – Chandi Renae Ratliff, 30, of 26 EMS B53 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $158. • 10:27 a.m. Friday – Tashia Ann Day, 33, of 513 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. • 10:30 a.m. Friday – Robert R. Mansfield III, 42, 1100 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600. • 11:02 a.m. Friday – Casey William Whitehurst, 27, of 13970 Elm Road, Bourbon, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. No bond set.
