• 10:26 a.m. Wednesday - Austin L. Fairchild, 27, Huntington, arrested on two felony failure to appear charges. No bond set.
• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew M. Aguilera, 27, Chicago, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:29 p.m. Wednesday - James R. L. Anderson, 32, Marion, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $5,500.
• 2:22 p.m. Wednesday - Cassandra L. Atteberry, 44, of 907 Sara St., South Whitley, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:15 p.m. Wednesday - Austin J. Ort, 22, Columbia City, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:17 p.m. Wednesday - Abigail L. Signorelli, 28, of 68 EMS B3A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $500.
• 1:37 a.m. Thursday - Jared Garrett, 19, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #161, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon, intimidation and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:40 a.m. Thursday - Johnny Gomez, 54, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 7:27 p.m. Wednesday - North Hoss Hill Road, 200 feet north of East Pioneer Way, North Webster. Van hit deer. Driver: Robyn S. Plank, 34, North Second Trail, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:39 a.m. Thursday - East Ind. 14, 1,200 feet west of South CR 100E, North Manchester. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Corey T. Whelpley, 36, South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:13 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of the Bowen Center, in the 2100 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw, reported criminal mischief. WPD.
• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile was reported for leaving home without permission in the 600 block of North Grant Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:53 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 400 block of South Union Street, Warsaw, for domestic battery with a deadly weapon. WPD.
• 9:53 p.m. Wednesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:54 a.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
