The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:12 a.m. Tuesday - Ronald W. Johnson, 50, of 4196 N. Deer Run, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• 7:17 p.m. Tuesday - Talbot N. McKee, 23, of 307 S. First St., North Manchester, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:19 a.m. Wednesday - Terry L. Sabo, 60, of 5985 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.

Accident
• 12:47 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Zimmer Road and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Van left roadway, hit NIPSCO utility pole and two street signs. Driver: Amanda L. Boone, 24, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Boone had left the scene of the accident, but later showed up at an area hospital. Operating a vehicle while intoxicated charges are pending blood draw results. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:39 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 600 block of Ross Avenue, Warsaw, for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. WPD.
• 8:27 p.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 200 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
