• 12:14 p.m. Monday - Michael K. Walley, 40, of 6669 N. Fifth Trail, North Webster, arrested for shoplifting. Bond: $600.
• 1:24 p.m. Monday - Richard A. Hough, 43, of 920 Anchorage Road, #3, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:20 p.m. Monday - Mindy S. Yeazel, 43, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:33 p.m. Monday - Bruce E. Yeazel, 31, of 1153 Syracuse Webster Road, #1, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and possession of a syringe. Bond: $10,500.
• 1:06 a.m. Tuesday - Dayton L. Hernandez, 29, of 9247 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 4:29 a.m. Tuesday - Old Ind. 15, 300 feet north of West CR 600N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Diana L. Goodman, 51, EMS W16 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:21 p.m. Monday - A juvenile was reported as leaving home without permission in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:46 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 300 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 6:51 p.m. Monday - A bicycle was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:34 p.m. Monday - Police arrested two individuals in the 4400 block of East CR 600S, Warsaw, for possession of a syringe. KCSO.
• 11:28 p.m. Monday - A woman found and returned a $10 bill in the 100 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
