• 1:54 p.m. Monday – Parker Street, 200 feet north of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Elizabeth K. Shafer, 37, West Wayne Street, Pierceton; Breana R. McDaniel, 19, St. Augustine’s Drive, Warsaw; Linda S. Scalet, 71, East CR 100 North, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 5:25 p.m. Monday – An individual was arrested for leaving the scene of a crash causing injury and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 900 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:05 p.m. Monday – A man reported an off-road vehicle was taken in the 1800 block of South CR 400 West, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 9:09 p.m. Monday – An invasion of privacy report was filed in the 500 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:29 p.m. Monday – A man was arrested at Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for public intoxication and criminal trespass. WPD.
• 11:51 p.m. Monday – A wallet was reported found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:05 a.m. Tuesday – A traffic stop in the 800 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse, resulted in a citation for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
