The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:42 p.m. Friday - Christopher T. Checketts, 30, of 450 N. Lincoln Park, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 6:40 p.m. Friday - Devon P. Poe, 33, of 820 N. Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 8:01 p.m. Saturday - Arlyne B. Pearson, 65, Mishawaka, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:16 a.m. Sunday - Moise H. Colon, 47, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 61, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 3:55 a.m. Sunday - John M. Dimmitt, 39, of 2744 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 4 a.m. Sunday - Amanda L. Long, 38, of 4547 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:50 a.m. Sunday - Daniel R. Garcia, 34, of 3762 E. Old 30, #53, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation and domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:46 a.m. Sunday - Travis G. Frazier, 23, of 3341 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
