• 2:46 p.m. Monday - Andrew T. Corn, 24, Wabash, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:33 p.m. Monday - Bridget M. J. Miller, 24, of 920 Anchorage Road, #43, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 8:07 p.m. Monday - Bambi D. Baier, 58, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #88, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $450.
• 8:49 p.m. Monday - Roy L. Allen, 42, Goshen, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 8:49 p.m. Monday - Jacqueline S. Pawson, 47, Columbia City, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 2:10 a.m. Tuesday - Hector H. Hinojosa Jr., 49, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and felony probation violation. Bond: $800.

• 10:09 a.m. Monday - East CR 700N, 50 feet east of North CR 200E, Leesburg. Motorcycle swerved to avoid dog, left roadway. Rider: Jacob R. Terhaar, 29, Fishers. Injuries: Terhaar was taken by ambulance to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for treatment of a fracture/dislocation of his shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:09 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 1,500 feet north of West CR 350S, Warsaw. Motorcycle hit deer. Rider: Jason W. Stromatt, 45, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Injuries: Stromatt suffered head injuries and it is unclear if he was treated on scene or taken to an area hospital. Damage: $2,5000-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:10 p.m. Monday - North Detroit Street, 50 feet south of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Jacob A. Linky, 19, North Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw; Ivan T. Tepo Velasquez, 22, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
